Elegant Watch & Jewellery unveils La Maison d’Élégant Exhibition at Harbour City

Featuring novelties from 13 prestigious watchmaking brands

It is with much delight that Elegant Watch & Jewellery proudly presents La Maison d’Élégant Exhibition, to be held from 12th to 15th October 2017, at the Ocean Terminal Main Concourse, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, gathering 13 of the most reputable international watch brands for a showcase of their latest creations. To commemorate this prominent watch appreciation event, Elegant held an opening ceremony on 12th October, inviting celebrity guests and brand representatives to celebrate the occasion.


The ceremony was commenced with a speech by Mr. Stan Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Elegant Watch & Jewellery, followed by another speech by Mr. Andreas Rufer, Deputy Consul-General of Switzerland in Hong Kong. The mistress of ceremony then invited the representatives of the 13 participating brands, including Mr. Franky Wong, Wholesales Director of Piaget, Mr. Olivier Gantenbein, watchmaker of H. Moser & Cie., Ms Rose Mary Fong, General Manager, North Asia of A. Lange & Söhne, Mr. Frank Lam, Commercial Director of Baume & Mercier, Mr. Jalil Elkouch-Bordier, Vice President, Hong Kong and Macau of Blancpain, Mr. David Nam, General Manager of CORUM Greater China, Mr. Francis Phua, Managing Director of Franck Muller Asia of FRANCK MULLER, Mr. Peter Lao, Managing Director, Hong Kong & Macau of IWC, Mr. Guillain Maspetiol, Managing Director, North Asia of Jaeger-LeCoultre, Ms Eliza Yao, Sales Director of Montblanc, Mr. Julio Sato, Managing Director Asia Pacific of Panerai, Mr. David Chaumet, Managing Director of Roger Dubuis, and Ms Mendy Cheung, General Manager of ZENITH, Greater China and the Philippines, to join Mr. Zhang Yuping, Mr. Lee and Mr. Rufer for a toasting ceremony, wishing La Maison d’Élégant Exhibition every success.


Soon after the opening ceremony, attending guests and the public grasped the opportunity to visit the exhibition and appreciate the appealing novelties. Specially designed to hypostatize the magazine of the same name founded by Elegant Watch and Jewellery, La Maison d’Élégant Exhibition features different display areas inspired by the columns in the magazine, including Cover Story, Manufacture Visit and Manager’s Best Picks, showcasing the novelties, characteristics of participating brands, as well as the history of Elegant. The areas feature classy design with circular and curved contour, presenting a pleasant, welcoming and fashionable environment. Apart from the breath-taking watch creations, the exhibition is also graced with a demonstration by Mr. Olivier Gantenbein, watchmaker from H. Moser & Cie. With the participation of the 13 prominent watch brands, La Maison d’Élégant Exhibition is destined to create a major sensation in town and the public is welcome to savour the cream of the crop of watchmaking.
